  2. It seems that at one time most art students explored the art of caricature drawing. To exaggerate a person's features without insulting them is a fine art. I remembering doing these in high school and college. I did serious painting also. I never thought of doing caricatures as a work of art.

    The secret of encouraging participation is to refrain from criticism of the ideas of others. Your first goal is to come up with many good ideas.
